General terms and conditions

Our flexibility service contracts are governed by two sets of General Terms and Conditions, depending on point of delivery: TTF or Flange. To be eligible for our services, clients need to sign a Declaration of Acceptance stating they agree to either our  General Terms and Conditions Flexibility Services TTF (including exhibits) or to the General Terms and Conditions Flexibility Services Flange (including exhibits).

TTF

We have updated our General Terms and Conditions for the TTF, which will be applied to contracts starting in Storage Year 2025. The contractual documents that pertain our services for the TTF are arranged in the downloadable set of documents below. Customers that have a contract to which the General Terms and Conditions Flexibility Services TTF 2023 (including exhibits) apply, can find these documents here.

Flange

We have updated our General Terms and Conditions for the Flange, which will be applied to contracts starting in Storage Year 2025. The contractual documents that pertain our services for the Flange are arranged in the downloadable set of documents below. Customers that have a contract to which the General Terms and Conditions Flexibility Services Flange 2015 (including exhibits) apply, can find these documents here.
