Become a customer
For you to be able to respond as quickly as possible to changes and opportunities in the market, we ask you to register as a customer even before you book our services. After you have completed our registration process, you are eligible to contract our fast cycle flexibility services.

2. Connect with our IT systems
3. Determine your creditworthiness
After you have completed these steps, you are eligible to contract our flexibility services at any time.

Declaration of Acceptance
The first step towards becoming an EnergyStock customer is submitting a signed Declaration of Acceptance. This signals your acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions (TTF and/or flange), which can be found here.

Creditworthiness
The second step is to check your creditworthiness. This can be done by providing us with your financial data of the last three years. Instructions related to the creditworthiness can be found in the Exhibit Credit Control Protocol of the General Terms and Conditions Flexibility Services (TTF and/or flange).

Communication check
Step 3 is: In order to certify that you can communicate with our IT systems, you need to perform a communication check. A detailed description of our IT requirements are laid down in the Exhibit Operating Manual.

Registered Customer
The third step is to perform a communication check in order to certify that you can communicate with our IT systems. This enables you to book our flexibility services at the TTF and/or at the flange using the Flexibility Services Contract document.
