Services

Our services consist of multiple components. There is injection capacity, withdrawal capacity and working gas volume. These variables combined form a service with which you can store gas in and withdraw gas from our caverns. An injection curve and withdrawal curve are applicable. The injection curve is the number of hours per day that you can use your injection capacity. The injection curve times the injection capacity is your maximum net daily injection volume. The same applies to your withdrawal capacity.

For market participants seeking maximum flexibility, our firm Hourly Flex services enable renominations and profiled nominations within the day. These services come with a fixed capacity ratio and capacity curves and variable working gas volume:

• Storage injection: 0.67 MWh/h
• Injection curve: 24 hours/d
• Storage withdrawal: 1 MWh/h
• Withdrawal curve: 16 hours/d
• Working gas volume: 1–480 MWh

The Hourly Flex service is perfect for multi-cycle use. Capacities are available 24/7 on both TTF and Flange. These services include short lead time nomination rights: 35 minutes on TTF and 30 minutes on Flange. Unlimited renomination rights apply as well as profiled nominations to give full within day flexibility. Hourly Flex services can be contracted bilaterally for both short-term and long-term durations.

Our firm Trading services are designed to generate value through tradable products. These services support day-ahead nominations, with a flat intra-day profile. Both injection and withdrawal capacity can be used 24 hours per day. Our Trading services are available on TTF. The configuration of the service depends on available capacity and volume. Trading services will be auctioned yearly and can be contracted for a short-term duration.

Capacity that is not used by firm services can be used with an interruptible service. Interruption takes place based on priority levels. If more than one customer has contracted an interruptible service, then the interruptible contract that is closed first gets interrupted last. Interruptible services are offered solely on the TTF.

If, at the start of the storage year, capacity and working gas volume turn out to be available, these can be offered with a term lasting until the end of the storage year. We refer to these services as Remainder of Storage Year (RoSY) services.

If available, working gas volume can be contracted separately to add to your existing long-term contract.

For short-term services, both injection and withdrawal capacity as well as working gas volume can be contracted additional to your existing contract if available.
