Update of the General Terms and Conditions Flexibility Services TTF

EnergyStock has updated its General Terms and Conditions Flexibility Services TTF. The General Terms and Conditions Flexibility Services TTF 2023 apply for TTF contracts that will be closed after 1-4-2023.

For customers that currently have a TTF contract, the General Terms and Conditions Flexibility Services TTF 2017 (including exhibits) will remain applicable, you can find these documents here. Please note, that when a new TTF contract is closed after 1-4-2023, the new General Terms and Conditions Flexibility Services TTF 2023 will apply.
