Regarding our General Terms & Conditions 2025
We recently came across an inaccuracy in our General Terms & Conditions 2025 for both the TTF and Flange. In article 3.6.2, the explanation of ‘I0’ mentions ‘January 2015’ as the starting point for indexation. This is incorrect and we have therefore replaced it with the term ‘Start Date’, which refers to the start date of a contract.
Apart from that, we have also added the term ‘Contract Year’ to the list of definitions because it was missing due to a clerical error.
The newest version of the General Terms & Conditions has replaced the incomplete version and can be found on our website. These changes to the General Terms & Conditions will automatically apply, and no further action is required from your side.
